ALL INDIA ONLINE PRELIMINARY COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION FOR DIRECT RECRUITMENT TO THE POSTS OF ASSISTANTS AT ICAR HQ AND ITS RESEARCH INSTITUTES-2011

Tentative dates for Prelim Exam: 11-07-2011onwards
Tentative date for Mains Examination: August, 2011
The Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) will hold on an online competitive preliminary examination in June – July 2011 for recruitment to the posts of Assistants in the Pay Scale of Rs.9300-34800 + Rs.4600 and Rs.4200 (Grade Pay) at ICAR HQ and its Research Institutes. The preliminary examination will be conducted in accordance with the rules issued by the Council.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must be a Graduate from a recognized University.
AGE LIMIT: Minimum: 20 years and Maximum: 27 years. Relaxations as per rules will be available.
FEE: The fee structure is as follows:
Fee, if payment is made online: Rs.1000/- (Rs. One Thousand only)
Fee, if payment is made offline: Rs.1500/- (Rs. One Thousand Five Hundred only)
Fee exemptions to SC/ST/PD/Women candidates will be available as per rules.
