Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL), a group company of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited is looking for suitable candidates with relevant qualification and experience for absorption in the following Management positions for its 3 MMTPA capacity refinery at Numaligarh in the District of Golaghat, Assam. NRL is having a picturesque township where suitable accommodation will be provided to the selected candidate, if required. The township has all basic amenities needed for day to day life. There is a Delhi Public School located inside the township which is managed by the Delhi Public School Society with provision for catering education up to Class XII. The township also has a full fledged hospital managed by the Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, a voluntary organization.
Dy. General Manager (Operations)
Educational Qualification: BE/B. (Tech) in Chemical Engineering with First Class from a reputed University/Institute.
Salary Scale: Rs.51, 300-Rs.73, 000
Experience: Minimum 20 Years of work experience (as on 1.6.2011) in the petroleum refining sector with minimum 5 years in Refinery Operations in a leadership position during last 10 years. Candidate should be presently holding position of at least Chief Manager/Dy. General Manager. He should have a proven track record of managing large teams with adequate experience in plant operations and maintenance including process monitoring, quality & safety standards, diagnosis of breakdown problems, troubleshooting and implementation of process improvement packages etc. He should be able to
independently head the production function and formulate strategies for enhancing organizational efficiency.
Dy.General Manager (Finance)
Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant
Salary Scale: Rs.51, 300-Rs.73, 000
Experience: Minimum 20 years post qualification work experience (as on
1.6.2011) in Finance Division of a Commercial establishment preferably in Petroleum Refining and Marketing sector. Candidates presently holding the position of Chief Manager/Dy.General Manager in Petroleum Sector shall get preference. Candidate should have a proven track record of managing large team of Finance Professionals with exposure in ERP environment (preferably SAP), Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, Treasury operation, Direct and Indirect Tax, Pay roll administration, etc.The candidate should be able to independently head the Finance Function and should have the capacity to interact with agencies like Govt.Auditors, Statutory Auditors, Tax Authorities, Ministry Officials, Banks and Insurance Companies etc.
