Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the posts as detailed below under the project entitled "Farmer Technical support Program" through Registered Post for the different category on the prescribed applications from the format of which is given format. The candidates are advised to use this format of application on the legal size paper only falling which their application can be rejected. The format given at the end should be photocopied (enlarged) on a thick paper. A cut-out form the newspaper shall not be used. Fee:-
Candidates are required to attach a Demand Draft or Indian Postal Order of
General candidates: Rs. 600/- (Rs. Six hundred only)
BC candidates: Rs. 450/- (Rs. Four hundred Fifty only)
SC candidates: Rs. 300/- (Rs. Three hundred only)
with the Application form as application fee (non-refundable) in favour of Haryana Agriculture Planning & Development payable at PANCHKULA. Candidate must write name and address at the reverse of the demand draft.
Note:- No concession in fee is admissible to SC/BC applicants of other states. The ESM Candidates are also not exemption in payment of fee.
Note:- The fee sent in the form of Money Order or Cash will not be accepted. Fees will be charged as consulting charges by HAPD from Candidates. Fee once sent with the application from is neither transferable nor refundable / adjustable.
The Application form and Instructions can be downloaded from the website www.apdhry.com and the candidates will attach all documents and demand draft along with the downloaded application form. the applications complete in all respect should reach the Secretary, Haryana Agriculture Planning & Development, R.O. : 41-42, Cabine No. 70, 2nd FLOOR, SECTOR -11, Panchkula (Haryana)-134109 on or before 10.07.13 up to 5:00pm.The applications received after the last date shall be rejected summarily. All the above posts are on contractual basis but likely to continue. The applicants will be short listed on the basis of academic record/ test. Organization reserves the right to increase or decrease any post(s)
